Since then, the company has focused on the production of dry Romano cheese, reaching its peak at the beginning of the new millennium, when our brand became the leading name in the Egyptian Romano cheese market. The company later entered the mozzarella cheese market, securing contracts with major restaurant chains in Egypt. This marked the beginning of a professional approach to marketing and product diversification to meet the needs of the Egyptian market. We have expanded our offerings to include plant-based and natural cheddar, cheddar sauce, spreadable cream cheese, and specialized cheeses for desserts, such as Nabulsi cheese and cheesecake. Recently, the company has shifted towards producing dry cheeses, including various types of natural cheddar, Flemish cheese (Eidam), and “Quality” cheese.
