Golden Cheese is a limited liability company that has been shaping Egypt’s dairy industry since 1983. What began as a focused operation producing dry Romano cheese grew, over four decades, into one of the country’s most trusted cheese manufacturers.

By the early 2000s, our Romano cheese had become a leading name in the Egyptian market. Building on that reputation, we expanded into mozzarella production, securing contracts with major restaurant chains across Egypt – a milestone that marked our shift toward a more professional, diversified approach to product development and marketing.

Since then, our product range has grown to meet the evolving needs of the Egyptian market and beyond, including natural and plant-based cheddar, cheddar sauce, spreadable cream cheese, and specialty cheeses for desserts such as Nabulsi cheese and cheesecake cheese.

More recently, we’ve expanded further into dry cheese production – natural cheddar varieties, Flemish cheese (Eidam), and our “Quality” cheese line – capitalizing on strong local production to serve major hotels and restaurants both in Egypt and internationally.
